At Surrey Soft Play hire & Surrey Bouncy Castle Hire safety is our top priority. We have done

everything possible to ensure a thoroughly safe hire experience.

We are fully insured. We have £5m Public Liability Insurance. You will receive a copy of this in your hirer pack.

We are proud members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance who help the industry provide a better, safer service. BIHA

We conduct a risk assessment on every bouncy castle hire we do. This follows advise from the Health & Safety Executive. Health & Safety Executive

All our inflatables are safety checked and a copy of the certificate will be in your hirer pack.

RCD protected cables.

All our inflatables are supplied with crash mats.

We supply red marker cones to identify 'NO GO' areas and will tape down any loose wire which may cause a trip hazard.

We supply guidelines including 'Rules of Play' which help you make your event safe and fun!

We are happy to answer any questions throughout the day. We are always at the end the phone should you have any queries.
