To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please ensure that the designated area meets the following requirements. There should be no overhanging trees, washing lines, or any other obstructions that could interfere with the setup or play area. Additionally, the ground should be relatively flat, free from sharp stones or any other obstacles near the entrance and exit points of the castle.

Please note that our inflatables can only be set up on grass surfaces. They are not suitable for Astroturf or any other hard-standing areas. This is to ensure the safety and stability of the bouncy castle during use.

Ample access is essential for a smooth setup process. The inflatable weighs nearly 70Kgs and has a rolled-up diameter of 30 inches. As a guideline, if you can fit a wheelbarrow through the access point, our team will be able to deliver and set up the castle without any issues.

For indoor events in a hall, it's crucial to check for low beams or suspended lights that could obstruct the inflatable. The height clearance is key when setting up an inflatable indoors, and a minimum clearance of 9ft is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
