Before setting up the castle, it's important to have a clear and flat space available. Remove any overhanging trees, washing lines, or other potential obstacles that could hinder the setup process. Additionally, ensure the ground is relatively flat, without any sharp stones or obstructions near the entry and exit points of the castle.

For the stability and safety of our inflatables, please note that we can only install them in grassy areas. Unfortunately, we cannot set up the inflatable on an Astroturf or any kind of hard surface.

Accessibility is key when it comes to setting up the Underwater themed Bouncy Castle. With a weight of approximately 90Kgs and a diameter of 30 inches when rolled up, please ensure there is ample access. A useful guideline is to consider whether a wheelbarrow can pass through the access point; if so, we will be able to transport and set up the castle without any issues.

If you plan to hire the castle for indoor use within a hall, it's important to consider the height clearance. Check for any low beams or suspended lights that may obstruct the castle's setup. To ensure a seamless experience, the minimum height clearance required for indoor use is 11ft.
